Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is 100% non-refundable from 1st October 2026 to 28th February 2027.

Refund Policy

Any refund initiated, minimum of 15-21 working days is required.

Check In & Check Out Time

Our Hotel Check-in Time is 1 pm and our Check-Out time is 11 AM.

Message For Early Check-In

Early Check-in- before 0600 hours – 100% of room tariff, between 0700 hours – 1000 hours- 50 % of the room rate. 1000 hours-1300 hours check in will be subject to availability.

Late Checkout Policy

Late Checkout- 1100-1300 hours- complimentary depending on subject to availability. Beyond 1300 hours- half day until 2000hrs, beyond 2000hrs 100% of the room rate guest has booked upon.

Child Policy

Accommodation is free for 2 children below the age of 6 years sharing the parents’ room in existing bedding of the room category. Breakfast will be charged 50% of the actual breakfast rate for children between 6 to 12 years.

Extra Adult & Extra Child rates if applicable

Accommodation is chargeable for extra adult sharing room in existing bedding of the room category, Breakfast will be charged 50% for children between 6 to 12 years and 100% for above 12 years of the actual
breakfast rate.

Extra Bed Policy

Extra bed will be provided as per the above additional.
